ITEMS EXCHANGE

All items bought online and requested to be exchanged shall be exchanged only at our stores and shall abide by the below conditions:

  • The item must belong to the store item list.
  • The original invoice must be presented along with the item.
  • The item must be exchanged within 15 days of its original purchase. Items purchased during sale period must be exchanged within 7 days of it’s original purchase.
  • The item must be in perfect condition.
  • The item must not have been worn or washed.
  • The item must not have been taken out its sealed box.
  • The item must not be repaired, altered or a special order.
  • The order must not be underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Store credit shall be issued if the new item is of a lower value than the item being exchanged.

 

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS RETURN

All items requested to be returned shall abide by the below conditions:

  • The original invoice shall be provided with the item they wish to return.
  • Any defective or faulty items that are being returned shall be inspected to ensure that they were not damaged by the customer due to improper use or handling.
  • The customer shall be awarded store credit to be used at their own leisure.
