NO REFUND
ITEMS EXCHANGE
All items bought online and requested to be exchanged shall be exchanged only at our stores and shall abide by the below conditions:
- The item must belong to the store item list.
- The original invoice must be presented along with the item.
- The item must be exchanged within 15 days of its original purchase. Items purchased during sale period must be exchanged within 7 days of it’s original purchase.
- The item must be in perfect condition.
- The item must not have been worn or washed.
- The item must not have been taken out its sealed box.
- The item must not be repaired, altered or a special order.
- The order must not be underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- Store credit shall be issued if the new item is of a lower value than the item being exchanged.
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS RETURN
All items requested to be returned shall abide by the below conditions:
- The original invoice shall be provided with the item they wish to return.
- Any defective or faulty items that are being returned shall be inspected to ensure that they were not damaged by the customer due to improper use or handling.
- The customer shall be awarded store credit to be used at their own leisure.
