Refund policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help you find what is -in store.
Please note - we do not offer refunds. All eligible purchases may be exchanged in store only, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange window
Items purchased at full price must be exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase date. Items purchased during a sale period must be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Sale item exchanges
Items bought on sale will be exchanged based on the price paid and shown on your invoice , not the original full price before the sale.
If you'd like to exchange a sale item for the same item in a different size or colour, you can do so at no extra charge. No additional payment will be required.
Price differences & store credit
If the new item you choose costs more than the one you're returning, you will be asked to pay the difference at the counter. If the new item costs less, the difference will be issued to you as store credit. If you exchange for the same item in a different size or colour, no additional payment is needed.
Conditions for exchange
All of the following conditions must be met for an exchange to be accepted:
- The item must belong to our current store product range.
- Your original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.
- The exchange must take place within the applicable time window from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in perfect condition , unworn and unwashed.
- The item's original tag must still be attached and intact.
- If the item came in a sealed box or packaging, it must remain unopened and intact.
- The item must not have been repaired, altered, or placed as a special order.
- Underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
How to make an exchange
To make an exchange, visit any of our store locations within the applicable exchange window. Bring the item in its original condition with the tag still attached, along with your original invoice. Our team will verify that the item meets the exchange conditions and help you find your replacement. Any price difference will be settled at the counter.
